Ingredients:
- 12 oz whole wheat or high-fiber rotini (0–3 points, depending on brand)
- 1/2 cup light mayo (4 points)
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (0 points)
- 1/4 cup dill pickle juice (0 points)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill (0 points)
- 4 oz reduced-fat cheddar, cubed (4 points)
- 5 small dill pickles, chopped (0 points)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook pasta, drain, and let cool.
- In a bowl, whisk together light mayo, Greek yogurt, pickle juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the pasta, pickles, and cheese with the dressing until evenly coated.
