Ingredients:
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef (96% lean) β 12 points
- 6 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce β 0 points
- 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar β 9 points
- Β½ cup sliced dill pickles β 0 points
- ΒΌ cup sautΓ©ed or raw onions β 0 points
- 1 tsp salt, Β½ tsp pepper, Β½ tsp onion powder, Β½ tsp garlic powder β 0 points
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional) β 1 point
For the WW-friendly Big Mac Sauce (makes ~12 tbsp, 3 tbsp per serving):
- Β½ cup light mayonnaise (such as Hellmannβs light) β 10 points
- 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup β 0 points
- 2 tbsp dill relish β 0 points
- 2 tsp yellow mustard β 0 points

Instructions:
- Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Divide lettuce between 4 bowls. Top each with beef, cheddar, onions, and pickles.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Drizzle ~3 tbsp sauce over each salad.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top (optional) and enjoy!
