WW Blueberry Chia Seed Jam (No Added Sugar)

Ingredients (Makes about 1.5 cups):

  • 2 cups (300g) blueberries (fresh or frozen) – 0 points
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds – 6 points total (about 1 point per 2 tbsp serving)
  • ¼ cup water – 0 points
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice – 0 points
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract – 0 points
  • Optional: a touch of monk fruit or stevia – 0 points

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine blueberries, water, and lemon juice.
  2. Simmer 5–8 minutes until berries burst. Mash slightly for texture.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chia seeds (plus cinnamon/vanilla if using).
  4. Let stand 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
  5. Cool completely, then transfer to a jar.

Storage: Up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
