  • 1 (24–28 oz) container low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 packet sugar-free strawberry banana gelatin mix
    (or half strawberry + half banana)
  • 1 container sugar-free whipped topping
  • Optional: fresh strawberries or banana slices for garnish (adds points if used)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the sugar-free gelatin powder and blend again until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  4. Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to let everything set and chill.
