Creamy, cold, peanut-buttery, and super light — this frozen yogurt is the easiest WW-friendly treat to keep in the freezer.
⭐ Ingredients
- 2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp PB2, mixed with a little water
- 2 tbsp real peanut butter (optional, adds richness + points)
- 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt
🥣 Instructions
- Stir Greek yogurt, PB2, syrup, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Add real peanut butter if you want extra creaminess.
- Blend with a hand mixer or food processor until smooth.
- Freeze in a container for 2–3 hours, stirring every hour.
- Let soften 5 minutes before scooping.
