Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt

Creamy, cold, peanut-buttery, and super light — this frozen yogurt is the easiest WW-friendly treat to keep in the freezer.


⭐ Ingredients

  • 2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp PB2, mixed with a little water
  • 2 tbsp real peanut butter (optional, adds richness + points)
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

🥣 Instructions

  1. Stir Greek yogurt, PB2, syrup, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add real peanut butter if you want extra creaminess.
  3. Blend with a hand mixer or food processor until smooth.
  4. Freeze in a container for 2–3 hours, stirring every hour.
  5. Let soften 5 minutes before scooping.

💡 Tips

  • Spread on parchment and freeze for frozen yogurt bark.
