Ingredients
- 2 cups fat-free plain Greek yogurt — 0 Points
- ½ cup fat-free cottage cheese, blended completely smooth — 0 Points
- 2 tbsp sugar-free vanilla or cheesecake pudding mix — 1–2 Points
- 2–3 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener — 0 Points
- 1 tsp vanilla extract — 0 Points
- ½ cup frozen cherries, chopped — 0 Points
- 2 tbsp sugar-free cherry preserves — about 1 Point
- 2 tbsp sugar-free dark chocolate chips, finely chopped — about 2 Points
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend the cottage cheese until completely silky and smooth.
- Mix it with the Greek yogurt, pudding mix, sweetener, vanilla and salt until very thick and creamy.
- Mash the cherries with the sugar-free preserves, leaving a few small fruit pieces.
- Spoon half of the yogurt mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- Add spoonfuls of the cherry mixture and gently swirl with a knife.
- Add the remaining yogurt mixture and another layer of cherry swirl.
- Sprinkle most of the chopped chocolate throughout and scatter the rest over the top.
- Freeze for about 2–3 hours, until thick like scoopable frozen yogurt.
- Let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before eating so it becomes creamy and soft again.
