1. Cook your pasta

  • Boil according to package directions, drain, and set aside.

2. Cook the beef

  • In a nonstick pan, brown the extra-lean ground beef.
  • Add diced onion and garlic; cook until soft.
  • Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

3. Make the creamy sauce

In a bowl, whisk:

  • Beef broth
  • Cornstarch (or flour)
