🛒 Ingredients (per slice):

  • 1 slice low-point bread or light English muffin (1–2 pts)
  • 1 tbsp pizza or marinara sauce (0 pts)
  • 1–2 tbsp fat-free shredded mozzarella (0–1 pt)
  • 2–3 turkey pepperoni slices (0–1 pt)

👩‍🍳 Directions:

  1. Toast bread lightly in oven or air fryer.
  2. Add sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
