🛒 Ingredients (per slice):
- 1 slice low-point bread or light English muffin (1–2 pts)
- 1 tbsp pizza or marinara sauce (0 pts)
- 1–2 tbsp fat-free shredded mozzarella (0–1 pt)
- 2–3 turkey pepperoni slices (0–1 pt)
👩🍳 Directions:
- Toast bread lightly in oven or air fryer.
- Add sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
- Bake or air fry for 5–6 minutes until melty and golden.
- Done! Pizza fix satisfied.
💡 Tips:
- Add mushrooms, onions, or peppers (0 pts).
- Make 2 slices and still stay under 7 points!
