Absolutely amazing and so versatile! Use it on a skinny everything bagel, as a veggie dip, or with chips — it’s delicious any way you scoop it!
📝 Ingredients:
- 2 tubs (8 oz each) whipped cream cheese – 16 oz total
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped
- 2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh dill
- 1 tsp fresh chives
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
🍽 Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix the whipped cream cheese until smooth.
- Add chopped peppers, jalapeños, and herbs.
- Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and chill for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to combine.
- Serve on bagels, with veggies, or as a chip dip!
