Chocolate Crunch Bites

These are thin, creamy-chocolate bites with tiny crispy pieces throughout, just like the one in the photo. They firm up beautifully in the freezer and give you that chocolate-bar feeling without using a ton of WW Points. 😍

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt — 0 Points
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate pudding mix — 1–2 Points
  • 1½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder — 0 Points
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips, melted — 2 Points
  • ½ cup puffed rice cereal — 1–2 Points
  • 2–3 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener — 0 Points
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract — 0 Points
  • Tiny pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the sugar-free chocolate chips until smooth.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt, pudding mix, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla and salt until thick and completely creamy.
  3. Stir in the melted chocolate.
  4. Gently fold in the puffed rice cereal so the little crispy pieces stay intact and visible throughout.
  5. Spoon the mixture into 8 small round silicone molds, keeping them fairly thin like the piece in the photo.
  6. Smooth the tops and freeze for 2–3 hours, until completely firm.
  7. Remove from the molds and keep frozen.
  8. Let one sit for about 2–3 minutes before eating for the best creamy-but-firm chocolate texture.
