Thick, creamy, super chocolatey and packed with little fudgy brownie pieces — just like the cup in the photo, but made much lighter. This one is perfect when you want something that feels like real chocolate ice cream without spending a ton of WW Points. 😍
Ingredients
- 1½ cups fat-free plain Greek yogurt — 0 Points
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk — 0–1 Point
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder — 0 Points
- 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate pudding mix — 1–2 Points
- 2–3 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener — 0 Points
- 1 tsp vanilla extract — 0 Points
- Pinch of salt
- 1½ cups ice — 0 Points
- 1 small Fiber One brownie, chopped into little chunks — 2 Points
Instructions
- Add the Greek yogurt, almond milk, cocoa powder, pudding mix, sweetener, vanilla, salt and ice to a high-powered blender.
- Blend until very thick and completely creamy. Use only a tiny splash of extra almond milk if needed — you want this thick enough to eat with a spoon.
- Freeze for about 20–30 minutes if you want an even denser frozen-yogurt texture.
- Chop the brownie into small uneven pieces.
- Fold most of the brownie chunks through the chocolate mixture rather than blending them in.
- Spoon into a cup and push the remaining chunks into the top so you get those dark fudgy pieces throughout, like the photo.
