Blueberry Yogurt Protein Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 🥛
  • 1 pint blueberries, washed and dried 🫐
  • 2 tablespoons honey 🍯

Instructions:

  1. Mix honey into yogurt until smooth 🥄
  2. Gently fold in blueberries (do 12 at a time) 🔄
  3. Lift each berry with fork, letting excess drip off 🍴
  4. Place on parchment-lined sheet 🧾
  5. Freeze uncovered for 2 hours ❄️
  6. Transfer to airtight container for storage 🗄️
  7. Let sit 1 minute before eating ⏳
