Ingredients:
1 egg
1 mashed banana
1 tsp vanilla
1 packet truvia (any 0 point sweetener is fine)
1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/3 cup quick cook oats
Mix all of this with a hand mixer and pour into a small greased glass pan (I used one that is 5×8)
Then top with
1 T chopped walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
2 T Swerve brown sugar
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
This makes 2 servings- 2 points each!
The consistency of this is kind of cake like with a crunchy topping, sweet but not overpowering. You can kind of taste the banana but it’s subtle.
