herry Chocolate Swirl Frozen Yogurt

This one is thick, creamy, pink-swirled and loaded with little chocolate pieces, just like the photo. It tastes like cherry cheesecake ice cream but stays ridiculously low in WW Points. 😍

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fat-free plain Greek yogurt — 0 Points
  • ½ cup fat-free cottage cheese, blended completely smooth — 0 Points
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free vanilla or cheesecake pudding mix — 1–2 Points
  • 2–3 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener — 0 Points
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract — 0 Points
  • ½ cup frozen cherries, chopped — 0 Points
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free cherry preserves — about 1 Point
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free dark chocolate chips, finely chopped — about 2 Points
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese until completely silky and smooth.
  2. Mix it with the Greek yogurt, pudding mix, sweetener, vanilla and salt until very thick and creamy.
  3. Mash the cherries with the sugar-free preserves, leaving a few small fruit pieces.
  4. Spoon half of the yogurt mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  5. Add spoonfuls of the cherry mixture and gently swirl with a knife.
  6. Add the remaining yogurt mixture and another layer of cherry swirl.
  7. Sprinkle most of the chopped chocolate throughout and scatter the rest over the top.
  8. Freeze for about 2–3 hours, until thick like scoopable frozen yogurt.
  9. Let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before eating so it becomes creamy and soft again.
