Ultra Low-Point WW-Friendly Version
This is for the nights when you want to eat peanut butter straight from the jar 😂🥜 Thick, fluffy, creamy, and full of peanut butter flavor—but made with PB2 and Greek yogurt so you get a seriously satisfying bowl without spending a ton of WW Points.

Ingredients
- 1½ cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup fat-free or sugar-free whipped topping, thawed
- â…“ cup PB2 powdered peanut butter
- ½ package sugar-free vanilla or cheesecake instant pudding mix
- 2–3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1–2 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener, to taste
- Pinch of salt
Optional Toppings
- Extra PB2 dusted on top
- Sugar-free chocolate syrup
- Fat-free whipped topping
- A few crushed peanuts (will add Points)
Instructions
- Add the Greek yogurt, PB2, pudding mix, vanilla, sweetener, and a pinch of salt to a mixing bowl.
- Beat with a hand mixer for about 1–2 minutes until thick and completely smooth.
- Add almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time until you get a creamy mousse consistency.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping. Don’t overmix—you want to keep all that fluffy texture.
- Divide between 4 small bowls.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. It gets noticeably thicker and creamier as it chills.
- Give it a little swirl with a spoon before serving for that thick peanut-butter-mousse look.
