Ingredients
1 liter (about 4 cups) cold water
½–1 lemon, thinly sliced
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
A handful of fresh mint leaves
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
Wash everything well
Rinse the lemon, cucumber, and mint thoroughly.
Slice
Cut the lemon into thin rounds.
Slice the cucumber thin.
Lightly crush the mint
Gently press the mint leaves with your fingers or a spoon to release flavor.
Combine
Put lemon slices, cucumber slices, and mint into a jar or pitcher.
Add water
Pour in cold water and add ice if you like.
Infuse
Cover and let it sit in the refrigerator for 2–4 hours (overnight for stronger flavor).
Drink
Sip throughout the day. You can refill with water once or twice before replacing the ingredients.
