Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt — 0 Points
- 2 large eggs — 0 Points
- ½ cup zero-calorie granulated sweetener — 0 Points
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder — 0 Points
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour — 3 Points
- 1 package sugar-free chocolate pudding mix — 3 Points
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk — 0–1 Point
- 1 tsp vanilla extract — 0 Points
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips — 2 Points
- 1 tbsp sugar-free caramel/toffee bits — 1 Point
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a small baking dish.
- Whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, sweetener, almond milk, and vanilla.
- Add cocoa powder, flour, pudding mix, baking powder, and salt. Stir just until smooth.
- Fold in half of the chocolate chips and pour into the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and toffee bits over the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes. The edges should be set while the center remains very soft and gooey.
- Let it rest for about 5 minutes and serve warm for that molten chocolate center. 🤎
