🍫 WW-Friendly Gooey Chocolate Brownie Pudding

This one is for the serious chocolate cravings! 😍 A crackly brownie top with a warm, rich, gooey chocolate center underneath. It tastes incredibly indulgent, but this lighter version keeps the WW Points low.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt — 0 Points
  • 2 large eggs — 0 Points
  • ½ cup zero-calorie granulated sweetener — 0 Points
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder — 0 Points
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour — 3 Points
  • 1 package sugar-free chocolate pudding mix — 3 Points
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk — 0–1 Point
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract — 0 Points
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips — 2 Points
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free caramel/toffee bits — 1 Point

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a small baking dish.
  2. Whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, sweetener, almond milk, and vanilla.
  3. Add cocoa powder, flour, pudding mix, baking powder, and salt. Stir just until smooth.
  4. Fold in half of the chocolate chips and pour into the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and toffee bits over the top.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes. The edges should be set while the center remains very soft and gooey.
  7. Let it rest for about 5 minutes and serve warm for that molten chocolate center. 🤎
