Zero Point Chicken Salad Light, fresh, and perfect for lunch or meal prep!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • â…” cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup celery, diced
  • ¾ cup cucumber, diced
  • ¼ cup green onion, chopped
  • Dill, salt & pepper to taste
  • Juice from ½ lemon

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, yogurt, celery, cucumber, and green onion.
  2. Add dill, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Squeeze in lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes for the flavors to blend.
