Ingredients (WW Optimized — same look)
Crust (lighter but still real crust)
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1½ tbsp light butter, melted
- 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce (replaces some butter but crust still holds + looks the same)
Creamy Layer
- 8 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1½ cups fat-free whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- ⅓ cup powdered monkfruit/erythritol sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla
Cherry Topping
- 1 can no-sugar-added cherry pie filling
(or light version — huge point saver)
Instructions
1️⃣ Crust
Mix crumbs + melted butter + applesauce. Press into pan and chill 10–15 minutes.
2️⃣ Cream Layer
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetener + vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.
3️⃣ Assemble
Spread cream layer over crust. Top with cherry filling.
4️⃣ Chill
Refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight = best texture).
