Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp low-sugar strawberry preserves
  • 6 oz plain fat-free yogurt
  • ½–1 tbsp Turbinado sugar
  • 1 fresh strawberry, sliced (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Spoon strawberry preserves into the bottom of a 6–7 oz ramekin.
  2. In a small bowl, mix yogurt with sugar until fully dissolved.
  3. Gently spoon the yogurt over the preserves.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours.
  5. Top with sliced strawberry and serve.
