Ingredients
- 1 tbsp low-sugar strawberry preserves
- 6 oz plain fat-free yogurt
- ½–1 tbsp Turbinado sugar
- 1 fresh strawberry, sliced (for topping)
Instructions
- Spoon strawberry preserves into the bottom of a 6–7 oz ramekin.
- In a small bowl, mix yogurt with sugar until fully dissolved.
- Gently spoon the yogurt over the preserves.
- Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours.
- Top with sliced strawberry and serve.
