Ingredients
- 2 cans canned chicken, drained halfway
- 1 can black beans, drained halfway
- 1 can corn, drained halfway
- 1–2 tsp taco seasoning (or to taste)
- Optional toppings: fat-free sour cream, salsa, shredded lettuce
Instructions
- Add chicken, beans, and corn to a skillet.
- Sprinkle in taco seasoning and stir.
- Simmer on medium heat until juices reduce and everything is heated through.
- Serve over lettuce or as preferred, with fat-free sour cream and salsa if desired.
