WW Quick & Easy Chicken Taco Skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 cans canned chicken, drained halfway
  • 1 can black beans, drained halfway
  • 1 can corn, drained halfway
  • 1–2 tsp taco seasoning (or to taste)
  • Optional toppings: fat-free sour cream, salsa, shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, beans, and corn to a skillet.
  2. Sprinkle in taco seasoning and stir.
  3. Simmer on medium heat until juices reduce and everything is heated through.
  4. Serve over lettuce or as preferred, with fat-free sour cream and salsa if desired.
