WW Popcorn Chicken Stir-Fry Bowl (Low-Point Version)

WW Popcorn Chicken Stir-Fry Bowl (Low-Point Version)

4–5 Points per serving
(super filling, super fast)

My sister tried this and said, “Wait… this is WW? It tastes like takeout!” 😂
It’s the same cute “popcorn chicken + rice + sauce” idea, but WW-friendly so you can enjoy a big bowl without smashing your points.

Ingredients (Lightened for WW)

  • 1 cup air-fried chicken breast bites (use frozen grilled chicken pieces or make your own) — 2 pts
  • ½ cup cooked brown rice2 pts
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli — 0 pts
  • 1–2 tablespoons low-sugar stir-fry sauce or soy-ginger sauce0–1 pt
(Most sugar-free or low-sodium sauces stay 0–1 pt.)

Still same look as popcorn chicken + rice + sauce, just lighter ingredients.

🍳 Instructions

  1. Air-fry your chicken breast bites until crispy.
  2. Cook minute brown rice (boil-in-bag or microwave).
  3. Steam broccoli until bright green and tender.
  4. Add everything to a bowl.
  5. Drizzle with your low-point stir-fry sauce.
  6. Mix and enjoy your “fake takeout bowl” 😄

💡 WW Tips

  • If you want 3 points, use cauliflower rice instead.
  • Add chili flakes, garlic powder, or ginger for flavor — 0 pts.
  • If using store sauce, measure it: some brands look low-point but jump quickly.
  • Use air fryer to keep chicken crispy without oil.

🥢 Serving Idea

Top with green onions or sesame seeds (½ tsp sesame = 0 pts).
Pairs amazing with a Diet Coke or a flavored sparkling water.
