WW Pineapple Coconut Fluff

🧺 Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese (low-fat or fat-free) — 25–28 oz
  • Sugar-free pineapple Jell-O — 1 packet
  • Sugar-free Cool Whip — 1 container (8 oz)
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut — 2 tbsp

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth and creamy.
2️⃣ Sprinkle in the dry pineapple Jell-O powder and blend briefly until fully combined.
3️⃣ Transfer mixture to a bowl. Gently fold in the sugar-free Cool Whip until light and fluffy.
4️⃣ Fold in the shredded coconut.
5️⃣ Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until set.

    Just a quick question, is it sugar free jello or pudding? The picture with the fluff is pudding

      It’s sugar-free Jell-O (the gelatin powder), not pudding 😊 The texture looks like pudding in the photo because the blended cottage cheese and Cool Whip make it super smooth and creamy
