WW Pina Colada Greek Yogurt Bites

Ingredients (approx. points per bite):

  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt – 0 pts
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, finely chopped – 0 pts
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened toasted coconut – 1 pt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract – 0 pts
  • 1/2 tsp coconut extract – 0 pts
  • 2 tbsp light whipped topping (Cool Whip or WW-friendly) – 1 pt
  • 1.5 tsp sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix – 0 pts

Instructions:

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, pineapple, toasted coconut, extracts, whipped topping, and pudding mix in a bowl.
  2. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle a little more toasted coconut on top.
  4. Freeze until firm, about 2–3 hours.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
