- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt – 0 pts
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, finely chopped – 0 pts
- 2 tbsp unsweetened toasted coconut – 1 pt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract – 0 pts
- 1/2 tsp coconut extract – 0 pts
- 2 tbsp light whipped topping (Cool Whip or WW-friendly) – 1 pt
- 1.5 tsp sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix – 0 pts
Instructions:
- Mix Greek yogurt, pineapple, toasted coconut, extracts, whipped topping, and pudding mix in a bowl.
