WW Peanut Butter Chocolate Soft Serve

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 container sugar-free Cool Whip
  • 1½ tbsp sugar-free chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar-free peanut butter chips (go light — a little goes far)
  • Sugar-free chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions:

  1. Let Cool Whip thaw slightly, then stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix in the pudding powder really well until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the peanut butter chips.
  4. Spoon into bowls or cups and drizzle lightly with chocolate syrup.
  5. Freeze for about 3 hours, until soft-serve texture.
  6. Scoop and enjoy.
