Ultra Low-Point | Creamy & Scoopable
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 container sugar-free Cool Whip
- 1½ tbsp sugar-free chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1–2 tbsp sugar-free peanut butter chips (go light — a little goes far)
- Sugar-free chocolate syrup (for drizzling)
Instructions:
- Let Cool Whip thaw slightly, then stir until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in the pudding powder really well until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the peanut butter chips.
- Spoon into bowls or cups and drizzle lightly with chocolate syrup.
- Freeze for about 3 hours, until soft-serve texture.
- Scoop and enjoy.
