WW Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Tenders

Ingredients (WW-Friendly)

  • 1 lb chicken tenders (or sliced chicken breast) – 0 points
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese – ~6 points total
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

How to Make Them

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Add chicken and Parmesan + seasonings to a zip-top bag.
  3. Shake like you mean it until every piece is coated.
  4. Lay chicken on the baking sheet, spray lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Bake 18–22 minutes, flipping once, until golden and cooked through.

(Optional: broil 1–2 minutes at the end for extra crisp.)
