WW Oatmeal Bake — Cozy, Filling & Naturally Sweet

This warm oatmeal bake is perfect for breakfast meal prep — soft, fruity, and naturally sweet without added sugar bombs! You can change the fruit every time, and it still tastes like a treat.


Ingredients (serves 6–8):

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1½ cups unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup non-fat milk (or unsweetened almond milk)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup blueberries (or sliced banana, chopped apple, or raisins)
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar-free maple syrup (optional)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix together oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, applesauce, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures and fold in the fruit.
  5. Pour into the dish and smooth out evenly.
  6. Optional: drizzle with honey or syrup on top.
  7. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and firm.
  8. Let cool, then slice into 6–8 servings.
