WW Melt in Your Mouth Chicken (Light & Creamy!)

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (instead of mayo)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and place in the dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, Parmesan, and seasonings until smooth.
  4. Spread evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Bake 35–40 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  6. Rest for 5 minutes, then serve with steamed veggies or salad.

💡 Tips:

  • Add a squeeze of lemon juice for freshness.
  • Top with a few chopped herbs (parsley or dill) for color.
