Ingredients (serves 4):
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (instead of mayo)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pat chicken breasts dry and place in the dish.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, Parmesan, and seasonings until smooth.
- Spread evenly over each chicken breast.
- Bake 35–40 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
- Rest for 5 minutes, then serve with steamed veggies or salad.
