Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 bell peppers, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup riced cauliflower (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Brown turkey in a large pot.
2️⃣ Add onion, garlic, peppers; cook 5–7 minutes.
3️⃣ Stir in spices, tomatoes, and broth; bring to a simmer.
4️⃣ Simmer uncovered 20–25 minutes.
5️⃣ Add cauliflower if using; cook 5 more minutes.
6️⃣ Taste, adjust seasoning, serve.
