Ingredients (Low-Point Optimized)

  • ½ cup light whipped cream cheese
  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla or strawberry syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 3–4 strawberries, diced
  • 1 tbsp crushed light graham crackers OR almond flour (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Toss strawberries with a bit of sweetener; let sit 5 minutes.
2️⃣ Whip cream cheese + yogurt + syrup (+ protein powder) until fluffy.
3️⃣ Spoon mixture into molds or small cups.
4️⃣ Top with strawberries + a little crumble.
