Ingredients
- 1 cup lean diced ham
- 1 can white beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 celery stalk, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 7 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp celery salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
1️⃣ Spray pot and sauté onion + celery 3–4 minutes.
2️⃣ Add garlic, cook 30 seconds.
3️⃣ Add ham, beans, broth, and seasonings.
4️⃣ Bring to boil, then simmer 20–25 min.
5️⃣ Remove bay leaves.
