Ingredients (WW-Friendly)

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Olive oil spray (instead of full tbsp oil)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: parsley flakes

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat air fryer to 380°F for a few minutes.
2️⃣ Pat chicken dry. Mix seasonings.
3️⃣ Spray chicken lightly with oil spray.
4️⃣ Season both sides.
5️⃣ Air fry 8–10 minutes per side (thickness matters).
