WW Lighter Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bars

Ingredients (Low-Point Optimized – same look)

  • ¾ cup dark chocolate chips (slightly less than 1 cup)
  • ⅓ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¾ cup crushed unsalted peanuts
  • 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter (PB2) (boosts PB flavor without extra fat)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, helps smooth texture)

Instructions

1️⃣ Line an 8×8 pan with parchment.
2️⃣ Melt chocolate in microwave (30-sec bursts). Stir in coconut oil if using.
3️⃣ Microwave peanut butter and stir smooth. Mix with PB2.
4️⃣ Combine chocolate + peanut butter mixture.
5️⃣ Stir in crushed peanuts.
6️⃣ Spread into pan and press flat.
7️⃣ Chill 1 hour.
8️⃣ Cut into 12 bars.
