Ingredients
- 1 reduced-fat ready-made graham cracker pie crust (about 12–13g net carbs, ~100 cal per slice)
- 1 (8 oz) block reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 (15 oz) can sugar-free chocolate frosting (or sugar-free chocolate pudding mix, prepared)
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar-free chocolate frosting (or prepared pudding), and eggs. Beat until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until set in the center.
- Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Tips
- Swap frosting with sugar-free chocolate pudding mix to reduce points even further.
- Use a low-carb almond crust or make it crustless to save points.
