Okay… this little icy drink tastes way too good to be only 1 point. It’s the kind of thing you make once and suddenly you’re like, “Why have I not been doing this every night?”
It’s cold, slushy, sweet, and feels like a summer treat — but totally guilt-free.

🧾 Ingredients

  • ½ serving of your favorite protein shake (premade or mixed)
  • ½ bottle sugar-free lemonade
  • ¼ cup very cold water
  • Ice
  • Optional: sugar-free flavor crystals (strawberry, pineapple, orange — all work!)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Add the shake, sugar-free lemonade, cold water, and plenty of ice to your Ninja blender.
2️⃣ Blend until it becomes thick, frosty, and slushy.
3️⃣ Add a sprinkle of sugar-free flavor crystals if you want extra flavor.
