- ยฝ cup light butter (such as I Canโt Believe Itโs Not Butter โ Light)
- ยฝ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 1ยฝ cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- Optional: Stevia or monk fruit sweetener, to taste
- Optional: ยฝ teaspoon vanilla extract

- Prepare the strawberries
Mash the chopped strawberries in a small bowl until slightly broken down but still chunky.
(For a smoother spread, you can use a food processor.) - Mix the base
In a separate bowl, combine the light butter and Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth and creamy. - Combine everything
Add the mashed strawberries, sweetener (if using), and vanilla. Stir well until fully combined. - Chill
Cover and refrigerate for 30โ60 minutes to allow the spread to firm up.
