Lite WW Cheesecake Banana Pudding Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup reduced-fat graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp light butter, melted
  • 8 oz light cream cheese (Neufchâtel)
  • 1/4 cup sugar substitute (monk fruit/erythritol)
  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free vanilla pudding
  • 1 ripe banana, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crushed reduced-fat Nilla wafers
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  1. Mix graham crumbs + butter → press into molds.
  2. Beat cream cheese + sweetener + Greek yogurt + vanilla until creamy.
  3. Layer: crust → pudding → banana slice → cheesecake filling.
  4. Roll tops in crushed wafers.
  5. Chill 2 hrs before serving.
