WW-Friendly Baked Chicken Stuffed Crescent Rolls

Servings: 8 rolls
WW Points: ~4 points per roll (using reduced-fat cream cheese, low-fat shredded cheddar, and light crescent dough)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (0 pts)
  • ½ cup reduced-fat cream cheese (2 pts)
  • ½ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese (3 pts)
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions (0 pts)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (0 pts)
  • ½ tsp onion powder (0 pts)
  • Salt & pepper to taste (0 pts)
  • 2 cans light refrigerated crescent dough (2 pts per roll)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Mix filling: In a medium bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Assemble rolls: Open crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place 1 heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle and roll up. Place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake: 12–15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.

Tips:
