WW-Friendly Amish Zebra Cashew Clusters

WW-Friendly Amish Zebra Cashew Clusters

Servings: 12 clusters
Points: ~4 points per cluster (using reduced-fat white chocolate and smaller cashew portions)

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz roasted cashews, lightly salted (about 1 1/3 cups)
  • 10 oz reduced-fat white chocolate or sugar-free almond bark
  • 4 oz sugar-free milk chocolate or cocoa drizzle

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Melt White Chocolate: Melt the reduced-fat white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Coat Cashews: Stir cashews into the melted white chocolate until evenly coated. Drop spoonfuls onto the prepared sheet to form clusters.
  4. Melt Milk Chocolate: Melt sugar-free milk chocolate in a separate bowl until smooth.
  5. Add Zebra Stripes: Drizzle the melted milk chocolate over the clusters in a zigzag “zebra” pattern.
  6. Cool and Set: Let the clusters cool at room temperature for 30–45 minutes or refrigerate 15 minutes to speed setting. Store in an airtight container.

WW Tip: Reducing the cashew amount slightly and using sugar-free chocolates keeps the indulgence satisfying but lowers points.
