🥚 Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs – 0 points
  • Olive oil spray or 1 tsp olive oil (for greasing molds) – 1 point total (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper – 0 points
  • (Optional) add-ins: diced peppers, spinach, turkey bacon bits, or shredded light cheese — adjust points accordingly

🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) or 375°F convection. Lightly coat silicone molds or a muffin tin with olive oil spray.

2️⃣ Crack & Season:
