๐ Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked shrimp (zero points, high protein ๐ช)
- ยผ medium avocado, diced ๐ฅ (instead of ยฝ โ still creamy but saves 2 points)
- ยฝ cup cherry tomatoes, halved ๐
- ยฝ cup corn kernels (or ยผ cup if you want to cut 1 more point)
- ยฝ cucumber, diced
- 2 cups chopped lettuce
- 1 boiled egg ๐ฅ
- 1 tbsp mixed nuts or seeds (instead of 2 tbsp โ for crunch, with fewer points)
- ยฝ tsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

- 2 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt (instead of mayo โ creamy, tangy, and zero points!)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste

- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, avocado, corn, cucumber, tomatoes, and lettuce.
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
- Toss everything together until evenly coated.
- Top with the boiled egg, sprinkle nuts and sesame seeds on top.
