WW Creamy Cucumber, Bacon & Cheddar Snack

A Snack That Hits the Spot – Creamy, Crunchy & Totally Craveable (but lighter!) 😋

This is one of those throw-together-in-10-minutes snacks that somehow feels fancy.
Cool cucumber crunch, smoky bacon, melty cheddar, and a creamy, herby dressing — but all Weight Watchers–friendly 💚

💡 Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 2–3 cups sliced cucumbers
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices center-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup light ranch dressing or fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp dill (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

🥣 Directions

  1. Slice cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add cheese and bacon.
  3. In a small bowl, mix ranch or Greek yogurt with dill, salt & pepper.
  4. Pour over cucumber mix and toss gently.
  5. Chill for a few minutes (if you can wait 😅) and serve cold.
