3–4 WW Points per serving (depending on cookie brand)
My niece walked into the kitchen while I was blending this and said,
“Are you making Oreo ice cream at home??”
I let her try one spoonful and she froze like the commercial girl who sees heaven for the first time.
She couldn’t believe it was a WW-friendly fluff — cold, creamy, sweet, and totally guilt-free.
Ingredients (WW-Friendly, Same Appearance)
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese (0–1 point depending on brand)
- 1 scoop cookies & cream protein powder (2–3 points)
- Splash of unsweetened almond milk (0 points)
- 1 sugar-free cookie or 2–3 sugar-free cookie crumbles
(Quest, HighKey, or Lenny & Larry’s mini bites — 1 point) - 2 tbsp Reddi-wip Zero or Lite (0 points)
Instructions
1. Blend the Base
Blend cottage cheese, protein powder, and almond milk until completely smooth and creamy — no lumps.
2. Add the Cookie Crunch
Fold in your sugar-free cookie crumbles.
3. Make It Fluffy
Stir in the Reddi-wip so it gets airy and whipped.
4. Freeze Briefly
Freeze 10–15 minutes for that cold soft-serve texture.
5. Enjoy the Magic
It scoops like cookies & cream ice cream…
but without blowing your points.
