WW Chicken Veggie Prep Bags

WW-Friendly Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken breast0 points
  • ½ cup chopped bell peppers0
  • ½ cup chopped zucchini or broccoli0
  • 2 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt0
  • 1 tsp olive oil1 point
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

How to Prep

  1. Add everything to a large zip-top bag.
  2. Seal and gently massage until coated.
  3. Lay flat in the fridge for easy stacking.

To eat:

  • Microwave (leave a corner open) or
  • Dump into a bowl and eat cold like a salad.
