WW Chicken Parm Cottage Cheese Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz cooked chicken breast, chopped (grilled, baked, or air-fried)
  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese (1% or fat-free)
  • 2–3 tbsp reduced-fat shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp no-sugar-added marinara sauce
  • Italian seasoning, to taste
  • Garlic (powder or minced), to taste
  • 1 tsp grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add chicken and cottage cheese to a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Spoon marinara over the top and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic.
  3. Add mozzarella and Parmesan.
  4. Microwave for about 1 minute, or until hot and melty.
  5. Stir slightly or leave layered — your call — and enjoy.
