WW Chicken Crust Pizza (Low-Point)

Ingredients (WW-Friendly Version)

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • Pizza seasoning (or Italian seasoning, garlic, etc.)
  • 1 cup reduced-fat mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 3 eggs

Toppings (count separately if needed):

  • pizza sauce
  • extra cheese
  • veggies, turkey pepperoni, etc.

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2️⃣ Mix chicken, seasoning, mozzarella, Parmesan, and eggs.
3️⃣ Spread mixture onto parchment-lined pan, pressing into a thin circle.
4️⃣ Bake 15–20 min until set and lightly golden.
5️⃣ Let cool a few minutes (helps it hold together).
6️⃣ Add sauce, cheese, toppings.
7️⃣ Bake again 10–14 min until melted.
