Lower-Point Version | Same Fast-Food Look

Ingredients:
- 1 lb extra-lean ground beef (96%)
- Cooking spray (instead of oil)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- ¾ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar (melts the same)
- 4 low-calorie flour tortillas
- 4 baked tostada shells or thin crispy corn tortillas
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced tomatoes
- Chopped pickles
- Sugar-free ketchup
- Mustard
Instructions:
- Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook until soft, about 3–4 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute more.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up well. Drain if needed.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and mustard powder. Stir well and remove from heat.
- Lay a tortilla flat. Place a tostada shell in the center.
- Add a scoop of seasoned beef, then sprinkle cheese on top.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Fold tortilla edges over the filling to create a tight wrap.
- Place seam-side down in a hot nonstick skillet. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Let rest 1 minute, then serve hot.
