WW “Cheese Raviolis”

All the cheesy, meaty flavor of ravioli — without the pasta! These melty mozzarella “pockets” are baked to perfection and make the best quick comfort-food snack.


💙 Ingredients (makes about 6 raviolis):

  • 6 slices part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz lean ground beef or turkey (seasoned with garlic salt & Italian herbs)
  • ¼ cup fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • Optional: light marinara sauce for dipping

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place mozzarella slices on the sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes — until edges start to bubble.
  3. Remove from oven and spoon a little cooked ground beef (or turkey) and ricotta onto each slice.
  4. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic salt, then place another slice of mozzarella on top.
  5. Bake again for 8–10 minutes, until golden and melty.
  6. Let cool, then blot with paper towels to remove any excess grease.
  7. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve with warm light marinara.
