Ingredients:
- 1 vanilla protein shake (low-point / WW-friendly)
- 1 packet sugar-free Blueberry Jell-O (or Blueberry Crush)
- Ice, to taste
Cheesecake Foam (low-point version):
- ¼ cup fat-free milk
- 1 tbsp sugar-free cheesecake syrup
Instructions:
- Blend the protein shake, blueberry mix, and ice until smooth and frosty.
- Froth fat-free milk with sugar-free cheesecake syrup until light and fluffy.
- Pour shake into a glass and top with the foam.
- Sip and enjoy immediately.
