Ultra Low-Point | Same Look, Same Layers

Ingredients:
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt (0 points)
- 1 scoop zero-point protein powder (clean, unsweetened)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional, 0)
- 1 tsp chia seeds (≈1 point total → ½ point per serving)
- Stevia or monk fruit, to taste (0)
- ½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen, 0)
- 1 tsp lemon juice (0)
- Fresh strawberries, raspberries & blueberries for topping (0)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, vanilla, and sweetener until smooth.
- In a small pan, warm the berries with lemon juice for about 5 minutes, just until soft and jammy.
- Layer yogurt and berry compote in a glass (keep those pretty layers 👀).
- Top with fresh berries and chill before serving.
